Each session typically lasts between 60 - 90 minutes. Please note that the length of each session may vary from client-to-client. Most typically you will initially see your therapist on a weekly basis and as you progress through therapy, the sessions typically will move on to bi-weekly and then monthly to then be concluded. As each person's need is individual the duration and frequency of the sessions may vary and we will always tailor-make a therapy plan that works best for you. Currently all sessions are held online, but face-to-face sessions may be resumed during 2023.

Sessions are available in English and Swedish.
